1. What Information We Collect

When you use our trip-planning form, homepage request form, contact form, or free travel guide, we may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your WhatsApp or phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Your approximate or exact travel dates, number of travellers, destinations and trip preferences
• The page and tour you were viewing, and how you arrived at our site — the referring page and any UTM campaign data present in the link you followed
• Your device type and browser, for troubleshooting and understanding site usage
• Any message or question you share with us

If you start our trip-planning form but do not finish it, we still save what you entered in the first step (name, email, approximate travel month, traveller count) as a partial request with a unique reference number, so we can follow up by email even if you do not complete the second step.

2. Why We Process This Information

We use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry, including if you only completed the first step of the planning form
• Plan and quote your private Morocco tour
• Send you an automatic confirmation email acknowledging your request
• Communicate with you about your booking
• Understand which pages and campaigns bring us genuine enquiries, using the referrer and UTM data described above

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your tour enquiry. We do not sell your data.

3. How Your Enquiry Is Submitted and Processed

Our Plan Your Trip form, homepage request form, Contact form, and free travel guide request all submit directly to our server and are saved in our database. Two automatic emails are then sent through our Gmail account (fastmoroccotours@gmail.com): a notification to our team, and a confirmation to you acknowledging we received your request. If the email fails to send for any reason, your submitted information is not lost — it stays saved in our system regardless.

WhatsApp remains available as a separate, optional way to reach us on every form and throughout the site. If you choose to message us there, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms — please refer to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy for how they handle those messages. WhatsApp is never required to submit an enquiry through our website.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your details may be shared only with:

• Google, as the provider of the Gmail account we use to send and receive enquiry emails — Google processes this email content under its own privacy policy
• Your assigned driver (name and pickup location only), once a trip is confirmed
• Hotels and desert camps (booking name and dates only), once a trip is confirmed

5. Data Retention

We keep your contact details and tour enquiry — whether a partial request or a completed one — for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us, in case you wish to travel with us again or need a reference. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time; see Your Rights below.

6. Cookies

This website uses two strictly necessary cookies and nothing else: a session cookie (fast_morocco_tours_session) that keeps your form progress and connection to our server working correctly, and a security cookie (XSRF-TOKEN) that protects our forms against cross-site request forgery. Both expire automatically after a short period and are never used to track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics services, so no cookie-consent banner is shown on this site — only the essential cookies described above are ever set.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, secure database storage, and access limited to those who need it to respond to your enquiry.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not collect payment card details through this website — please avoid sending sensitive financial information through our forms.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time
